I started ElleTree because HR should be more than policies and problems.
Real change happens when people feel seen, supported, and safe to grow.
That belief became the foundation for ElleTree, a people and culture studio grounded in kindness, clarity, and the belief that people are the true roots of every business.
Today, I partner with small and mid-sized businesses across Alberta and beyond to build strong people foundations, steady leadership, and cultures that feel good to be part of.
Along the way, I’ve designed and built custom AI tools for HR, not to replace people, but to support them.
