At ElleTree, we believe in HR with heart — strategic support grounded in clarity, kindness, and a deep commitment to helping people thrive. We’re not here to impose policies from a boardroom playbook. We’re here to build culture from the roots up.
“We start with humans, not handbooks.”
The ElleTree Way is calm, clear, and people-first. We believe that strong roots build strong businesses — and that kindness, when paired with clarity, is a powerful leadership tool.
We’re not here to enforce rules for the sake of it — we’re here to help you build a workplace that’s thoughtful, human, and ready to grow. That means:
Paperwork isn’t the priority. People are.
“They said I was too kind for HR. But kindness isn’t a weakness — it’s how you build trust, loyalty, and teams that thrive.”
I started ElleTree because HR should be more than policies and problems. For years, I was told I was “too nice” — as though kindness was a flaw. But I’ve learned it’s exactly the opposite: kindness is strategy.
The real seed for ElleTree was planted during a turning point in my own career. I realized I couldn’t return to a workplace that drained my energy and values. That moment pushed me to choose a different path — one rooted in kindness, clarity, and the belief that people are the true roots of every business.
Today, I partner with small and mid-sized businesses across Alberta and beyond to build strong people foundations, steady leadership, and cultures that feel good to be part of.
